About the program:

The Young Talent Program of Thales Alenia Space in Spain is oriented towards the development of its participants, offering them a full-time, paid internship of 1 year – a unique graduate entry-level opportunity. You will enjoy:

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for recent graduates and final-year students who want to make a difference in Thales Alenia Space in Spain in areas such as: RF, Electronics, Data, Systems, Industry, Quality, Core, Operational and Forecast Planning, Technology, CTO, Procurement, Facilities, HR, Communication, and Transformation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in the final year) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Physics, Electronics, Mathematics, Industrial, Chemical or Aerospace Engineering, Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Occupational Risk Prevention, or similar fields.
• High level of English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
• Availability to join in September 2026.
• Motivation, initiative, ability to manage complex projects, international experience, and extracurricular achievements will be highly valued.
• Prior internships, volunteering, or exchange programs are a plus.
