Beauty Advisor (Make Up Artist) - Fahrenheit 88

• Deliver excellent customer experience by providing make up consultations and personalised recommendations on product selections based on customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling, increasing basket size and IPT, and converting opportunities into sales.
• Educate customers on product features, ingredients, usage and benefits, as well as new launches and best sellers.
• Help customers build a strong connection with the brand and its products.
• Provide demonstrations and conduct product testing.
• Perform makeup applications for 2 brands.
• Strive for long-term customer engagement by maintaining good after-sales relationships.
• Handle customer queries and rejections professionally and effectively.
• Stay updated with current market trends.
• Work collaboratively as a team to achieve team goals and support inventory management when needed.
• Maintain the brands in optimal condition by following visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring cleanliness, organising products and testers appropriately, and replenishing stocks as required.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail; experience in beauty industry is preferred.
• Relevant makeup skills or experience as a makeup artist is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, customer engagement and presentation skills.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant personality, team player and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented.
• Eager to develop skills and knowledge.
