Beach & Pool Service Manager

About the Role:
The Beach & Pool Service Manager will oversee all beach and pool operations, ensuring guests receive unparalleled service and a premium experience during their stay. This role combines leadership, guest interaction, and operational management to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train beach and pool service staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage daily operations of beach and pool services, including setting up and maintaining service areas.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels of pool and beach supplies, and coordinate with the purchasing department for reorders.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions and events for beach and pool services.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff performance and service delivery.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar management role in hospitality or resort management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beach and pool operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
