Outstanding opportunity to provide compassionate, comprehensive care for a wide variety of behavioral health conditions in Nursing Home/ Rehab Center Settings.

Provide initial assessment of new and existing patients, including diagnosis, medication management, and treatment plans. Documents clinical activity in the patient's medical records and response to emergency consultation requests from admission area and from other facilities in the coverage area
