Position: Software Developer

 Function/ Department:    BDS

Experience : 

• 7 – 8 years in application analysis, design & development.
• 2 – 3 Years in web services/web API development.
• 3-4 years of experience in direct client interaction, developing proof of concepts

Preferred Industry : Information Technology with e-Learning, e-Commerce / ERP (Payment processing / Fulfillment / Accounting)

Position Summary:

     • To own responsibilities of delivering project tasks by interacting with business and other stakeholders required. 

• To analyze a requirement or problem brought up by business, frame and ask questions, collate and propose solution recommendations for such business needs.
• To continuously learn and improve development approach and strategy.

Responsibilities:  Core:

• Individual contributor who is responsible for analysis, design and development
• Investigate new technology trends and stand up to bring in alternate perspective.
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for deriving optimized solutions, resolving issues or in making recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and be able to present understanding in flow charts.
• Should be proactive in collaboration within team and other teams such as QA, Business,and IT etc.
• Should have good communication skills to interact directly with client side
• Should be a person who can go to someone for help when you are having difficulty dealing with a situation.
• Flexible enough to adjust to the change in work / technology / Team / etc.
Primary Deliverables:
• Analysis, documenting analysis and design in flowcharts.
• Exhibit strong development skills and continuous improvement.
• Practice agile principles in development, create knowledge and deliver fast.

Domain Expertise / Skills required

• Proficiency in Analytical skills, OOPs, Flowcharts.
• Very strong inRESTful services andASP.NET MVC- 4.0/5.0 application development.
• Strong C# coding skills and practices.
• Strong LINQ programming skills.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• E-learning or e-commerce domain experience.

B.E. (Or equivalent graduation) at minimum
