They partner with top-tier private equity firms across the U.S. to source proprietary, off-market acquisition opportunities using a modern outbound approach powered by technology, automation, and disciplined process.
They are a fast-growing, founder-led firm with an elite, high-output team. Their mission is simple: consistently deliver high-quality deal flow to some of the strongest private equity buyers in the market. They are now looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help fuel their outbound engine and scale their impact.

Role Overview
The BDR – Private Equity Deal Origination role is a phone-first outbound position focused on sourcing conversations with business owners across the U.S. and Canada.
You will support our Head of Business Development by generating outbound activity, booking qualified meetings, and, when appropriate, running first-round qualification calls with sellers. This role blends high-volume outreach with thoughtful, consultative conversations.
You will report directly to the Head of Business Development, with close involvement from the Founder.
