Mission:

We are looking for a Business Development Director to accelerate the Double-Digit Growth of the most compelling Artificial Intelligence Software Company! You are a seasoned Business Development Director with a proven track record of over achievement; this great opportunity is for you!

You will manage a proactive and result-driven team of Business Development Reps (BDR) that are responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their verticals in North America. You will play a key role, being a valuable contributor to the Go-To-Market strategy while providing action plan to achieve company objectives.


Requirements:
What you'll be doing:

• Manage, Hire, Train and Coach a multicultural team of BDRs working with latest technologies (Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, Nooks)
• Work closely with AVP Sales leaders to define the best Go-To-Market Strategy
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to build creative and efficient campaigns or events to address C-Levels Decision Makers
• Ensure team continuous improvement by implementing best practices
• Monitor weekly team activity with Salesforce dashboard and propose action plan
• Design and implement a scalable training program and materials for new BDRs
• Ensure BDRs have a development plan in place

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• 7+ years’ experience in the IT or Business Software industry (SAAS Marketing, CRM, Finance or HR software)
• 5+ years ‘experience successfully building, managing, coaching and developing a business development team
• Proven track record addressing C-Levels in Large Accounts
• Number-driven and result-oriented
• Full proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent writing skills
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Business Degree Preferred
