Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through refined networking, comprehensive industry research, targeted cold calling and pre-arranged visits
Manage daily business contacts with clients through telephone, email, or pre-arranged in-person meetings, ensuring every interaction is crucial
Handle new retail/institutional client leads with diligence, follow up on potential clients with precision, and retain existing clients with strategic engagement
Divert customer leads into active accounts by on-boarding new clients and achieving the company targets
Ability to identify, assess, negotiate and close partnership deals
Excel in establishing, maintaining and strengthening a positive business and customer relationship
To be familiar with current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products and services
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Recommend enhancements on products and services
Any other duties relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in Business, Finance or any related field
2– 5 years of experience as a sales relationship manager in the field of FX/CFD’s Industry. Proven record of building relationships and closing business
Fluency in Arabic and English
Excellent communication, networking and selling skills
Strong interpersonal, presentation, listening and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of the financial markets and trading platforms
Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth
Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements
Further Info:
Applications are accepted for Cyprus, Jordan, Dubai or any other location
Working hours are 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday to Thursday
