Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers to schedule appointments

Initiate customer outbound calls regarding service needs

Respond to customer inquiries and questions both by telephone and email

Research required information using available resources

Provide customers with vehicle and service information as appropriate

Accurately enter new customer information into the system

Verify and update existing customer information

Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours

Excellent computer and phone skills are a must

Strong verbal and written communication skills

The ability to stay organized and complete multiple phone calls and emails to customers and schedule service appointments

Must be able to work cooperatively with the team and on your own

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
