BDC Representative

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with call center, sales, or customer service experience. No prior automotive experience is needed — we provide full training and growth opportunities.

✅ Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, text, and email

Make outbound follow-up calls to recent and potential customers

Set appointments for the sales team and track results in the CRM

Assist customers with vehicle information and initial financing options

Follow up with no-shows or undecided leads

Deliver messages to appropriate departments quickly and accurately

Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Stay organized and maintain detailed notes in the CRM system

🔍 Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable using computers, texting platforms, and CRM tools

Friendly, motivated, and eager to learn

A team player with a positive attitude

Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Must have a valid driver’s license
