About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated BDC Agent to join our team in Orfordville. This role is often the first interaction customers have with our dealership, so strong communication and customer service skills are key. If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and helping customers take the next step in their vehicle journey, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming phone calls, internet leads, texts, and emails
Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
Follow up with customers to ensure a great experience
Accurately log customer activity in the CRM system
Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Meet daily and monthly performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and customer-first mindset
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
Automotive, call center, or customer service experience preferred—but we will train the right candidate
