As our BDC Acquisition Representative, you’ll connect with vehicle owners (not just our customers!) and set appointments for them to sell their cars to us. If you enjoy fast-paced work, hitting goals, and earning bonuses — this is for you

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospect vehicle owners to generate acquisition opportunities

Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and third-party sources

Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle appraisals and purchasing consultations

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to increase appointment show rates

Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and acquisition goals

Work closely with the Used Car Manager and Appraisal Team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments

Maintain a professional and positive attitude when representing the dealership

Assist in executing marketing campaigns aimed at sourcing used vehicle inventory

Qualifications

Previous BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent required
