The role - 关于职位

作为公司新客户销售代表(Business Development Associate),此职位base于上海办公室。您的主要职责是发掘并联系中国市场的潜在客户(以金融咨询/Advisory为主要客户,包括但不限于投行、律所和咨询机构等),积极触达关键业务决策者,助力公司实现销售目标并推动收入持续增长。目前,我们的主要客户行业覆盖金融、生物医药、律师事务所、能源等领域。

该岗位为全流程销售角色,需要您完成从0到1的新商机开拓,快速与潜在客户建立高质量关系,并主导销售报价、谈判及最终成交的全过程。

What you will do - 工作职责

• 独立管理end to end的销售流程从寻找新商机/客户到关单

• 市场Mapping和发掘并联系潜在新客户,主动对客户发起沟通,建立有效和融洽的关系,并与潜在客户保持积极互动

• 在初次接触客户之前进行客户研究,完成客户的Demo会议,精准定位客户的需求

• 收集有关潜在客户的信息和反馈,确认客户的有效性

• 帮助协调市场活动,积极支持中国市场营销活动

• 在CRM (Hubspot)系统中记录销售活动

What you bring - 任职要求

• 统招本科及以上学历

• 1~2年及以上全流程销售经验,包括1年及以上B2B行业新客户销售Hunter Sales的经验,有独立开发客户和关单经验

• 有过SaaS行业销售经验优先考虑

• 熟练的沟通和销售技巧,能够妥善处理客户的拒绝和引导客户

• 坚韧不拔地克服拒绝和韧性;能够快速学习并根据反馈进行调整

• 熟练地以结果为导向的hunter心态快速建立与目标客户的融洽关系
