The role

The Business Development & Communication Intern will support the BD & Communication team in a range of activities aimed at strengthening the Firm’s market positioning, client relationships, and brand visibility. This role offers exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of business development within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, updating and development of business development materials, including client presentations, brochures, and website content.
• Maintain and update client-related documentation, including CVs, capability statements, and deal/track records.
• Support the directories and awards submissions process by gathering relevant information and assisting in the drafting and coordination of submissions.
• Maintain and update targeted client lists within the Firm’s CRM system (e.g., InterAction), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide support in the planning and execution of client events, in collaboration with the Events team.
• Collaborate with team members, lawyers, and partners to collect input for business development initiatives and pitches.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support ongoing BD projects and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and stay informed on market trends and developments relevant to the Firm’s strategic priorities.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
