    博世创新软件开发（无锡）有限公司针对交通出行的电动化、自动化、互联化、个性化，提供面向未来的创新技术和前沿解决方案，加速针对中国市场的技术战略的实现和发展。博世软件中心主要发展方向包括智能网联汽车、智能座舱、自动驾驶、车路云协同、工业4.0、人工智能大数据、智能家居、嵌入式软件服务。博世中国创新与软件开发中心以软件为客户赋能，在汽车自动驾驶、氢燃料电池、重卡电驱动桥、多合一的控制器等多个领域取得创新研发成果。

负责动力域、底盘域、车身域等客户项目基础软件开发、集成、测试和软件发布。

• ECU基础软件开发
• 熟练使用C语言，有手写代码经验
• 能读懂硬件原理图，能够配置ADC,PWM, SPI, MCU,FEE，FLS等功能
• 深入理解软件MCAL以及外设复杂驱动和芯片驱动, 能够实现HSD, LSD, H桥，EFUSE等相关功能
• 诊断、UDS（ISO14229）开发，NM网路管理开发
• CAN，LIN, ETH以太网通讯协议和底层链路开发
• 分析需求并进行软件设计、编码、审查、文档编制和功能测试
• 快速响应客户反馈或现场支持

• 电力电子/计算机科学、电气工程、自动化、软件工程或相关领域的本科或者硕士
• 有嵌入式单片机开发经验，2年以上C语言编程经验
• 熟悉AUTOSAR架构下软件开发，具有使用主流1-2种AutoSAR（如MicroSAR等）相关工具链开发经验；
• 熟练使用EB  tresos使用经验，完整配置过1~2个完整项目
• 熟悉Infineon(TC3xx) 和ST，有Infineon Aurix系列芯片开发经验者优先
• 熟悉车辆总线技术和标准，如CAN/LIN/ETH通信协议栈开发经验
• 良好的沟通、团队合作和英语技能，V型开发流程优先
• 有较好的耐压能力和应对快速变化的能力
