• Perform quality assurance activities:

a. Develop project quality assurance plan including quality objectives according to agreed internal and external quality requirements.

b. Perform independent quality assurance activities during software development process according to quality assurance plan,eg. PCC(Perform the Project and Engineering Process Compliance check)

c. Approval of software releases to customers，moderate Quality Assessment (QG) for SW delivery and approval responsibility for deliverable release.

d. Reporting project quality status and/or escalate risks/issues to management.

e. Support project team in complaint/concession handling and Management Release.

f. Support project manager in customer communication regarding quality aspects.

• Quality method and Tools:

a. Moderate the Risk Analyze (RA).

b. Coach problem-solving method and tool.

c. Coordinate lesson learn collection and distribution.

• Process consulting:

a. Consultant for project process tailoring, product security & function safety etc.

b. Develop and optimize the Software development and application processing co-operation with Software engineering organization.

c. Support internal and external audits.

• Support activities to meet departmental goals and objectives.

• Minimum 1-5 years working experiences in automotive industry, at least 1-2 years software development or software quality assurance related experience.

• Knowledge of software development life-cycle (V-mode) with the experience of common software development/defect tracking tool-chain (e.g.: IBM ALM, DOORS, JIRA, Git).

• Knowledge of QA methods and tools, e.g. ISO9001, ISO 26262, QG, 5-why, 8D.

• Experience of ASPICE is preferred.

• Willing to learn, be proactive, open mind and like to influence people.

• Content-driven mindset.

• Solid verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
