• 负责新一代高算力芯片的端到端大模型VLA预研和量产落地。
• 负责一阶段端到端的原型开发、算法验证、功能迭代；负责感知、导航、PnP的多任务训练；负责训练模型的数据分布和模型的评价准出。
• 负责端到端新范式的探索，比如pure sparse架构，diffusion planner, RL-planner，vision-language-planner

• 硕士以上学历，国际重点实验室博士优先，发表过影响力论文优先；
• 学习能力优秀，对下一代自动驾驶算法和AI大模型有强烈的探索欲望；
• 熟悉query-based, diffusion-based, RL-based Deep learning Planner范式；熟悉有系统思维、无图导航、时空联合规划经验的优为加分项
