    博世创新软件开发（无锡）有限公司针对交通出行的电动化、自动化、互联化、个性化，提供面向未来的创新技术和前沿解决方案，加速针对中国市场的技术战略的实现和发展。博世软件中心主要发展方向包括智能网联汽车、智能座舱、自动驾驶、车路云协同、工业4.0、人工智能大数据、智能家居、嵌入式软件服务。博世中国创新与软件开发中心以软件为客户赋能，在汽车自动驾驶、氢燃料电池、重卡电驱动桥、多合一的控制器等多个领域取得创新研发成果。

• 负责车端静态BEV算法研发和工程落地，包括静态时序BEV检测框架，Transformer静态元素几何建模构建，多任务检测模型等。
• 探索可量产深度学习检测方法，构建复杂道路结构下的相关静态元素，提升实时感知模型的能力上限。
• 主要负责方向为红绿灯，交通标志方向。
• 负责车端模型训练，适配，量化以及部署，优化模型相关后处理。
• 负责相关模型业务开发，与定位，建图等相关下游进行功能联调，制定稳定的规范与协议。

• 应用数学、计算机视觉、模式识别、机器学习、电子信息、机器人等相关专业的硕士/博士学生。
• 在计算机视觉目标检测领域的2D，3D目标检测（单目3D、bev、OccupancyNetwork、Map）有深入研究经历，熟悉经典和前沿的单目2D，3D、BEV检测（分割）算法
• 熟悉当前主流的深度学习算法，精通一个或者多个领域的算法研究，包括但不限于目标检测、多任务学习、目标分割等。
• 了解数据结构、算法和大规模数据处理（百万~千万）；至少精通C/C++ 或python编程，有ACM经验者优先。
• 至少熟悉一个常见的神经网络开源工具库，如Caffe/TensorFlow/PyTorch/ 等。
• 有红绿灯或者交通标志开发经验者优先。
• 有实际工程项目经验者优先。
