    博世创新软件开发（无锡）有限公司针对交通出行的电动化、自动化、互联化、个性化，提供面向未来的创新技术和前沿解决方案，加速针对中国市场的技术战略的实现和发展。博世软件中心主要发展方向包括智能网联汽车、智能座舱、自动驾驶、车路云协同、工业4.0、人工智能大数据、智能家居、嵌入式软件服务。博世中国创新与软件开发中心以软件为客户赋能，在汽车自动驾驶、氢燃料电池、重卡电驱动桥、多合一的控制器等多个领域取得创新研发成果。

• 负责区域控制器、域控制器、网关等产品的硬件集成开发，包括需求分析和方案制订、原理设计及原理图绘制、样品生产所需硬件资料准备；
• 负责控制器的硬件测试工作，包括集成测试&验收测试（Verification test &Validation test），确保控制器的开发质量；
• 负责测试报告的撰写，对测试结果进行整理分析，及测试问题的跟踪处理；
• 负责控制器样品的生产支持和变型项目的沟通协调工作；

• 电子电气、通信等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
• 熟练使用常用原理图工具（如AD，Zuken等），熟悉电路仿真软件；熟练使用电源，示波器、万用表等测试设备；
• 具有扎实的模拟电路、数字电路基础；
•  熟悉常用电子元器件（二三极管，MOSFET等驱动芯片）的电气特性，并能灵活运用；了解汽车级芯片的AECQ准入规则更优先。
• 拥有良好的团队沟通能力，具有主动沟通意识，对待工作踏实、认真、细致。
• 英语听说读写熟练
