Job Description

Flynn Canada is looking for motivated BCIT ABT students who are interested in gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced construction office environment. This 1‑week unpaid practicum is an excellent opportunity to apply your classroom learning, build industry exposure, and support our Project Management team.

Practicum Details
Dates: March 9–13, 2026
Location: Flynn Canada – 19175 22 Avenue, Surrey, BC
Duration: 1 week
Eligibility: BCIT Architectural & Building Technology (ABT) students

What You’ll Learn
- Exposure to project coordination tasks within a national construction company
- Document management, data entry, and administrative support
- Assisting Project Coordinators with day‑to‑day project activities
- Insight into project workflows, communication processes, and team collaboration
