ABA Solutions is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and adolescents across school and community-based settings in St. Petersburg, FL. What You’ll Do:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide clinical supervision and coaching to RBTs and support staff
Collaborate with caregivers, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals
Lead social skills groups and promote prosocial behavior
Apply assent-based and trauma-informed practices in all service delivery

Who You Are:
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Passionate about ethical, person-centered ABA
Comfortable supervising RBTs and collaborating with teams
School-based or community-based experience preferred (not required)
