Responsibilities:
Design, oversee, and assess treatment programs that promote social, communication, and behavioral growth in children with autism and developmental disabilities
Provide hands-on training, coaching, and supervision to RBTs and clinical staff
Conduct assessments, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely updates to treatment plans
Support and engage with families through training, collaboration, and advocacy
Champion program effectiveness by analyzing data and ensuring consistent progress tracking
Bring creativity and insight to enhance our behavioral services as we continue to grow
Skills
Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
Proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection methodologies.
Knowledge of behavioral health practices and therapeutic interventions.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
