Your Impact as a BCBA

In this role, you will:

• Lead & Mentor: Hire, train, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Drive Innovation: Support the development of new programs and strategies
• Demonstrate Clinical Excellence: Conduct assessments and model strong ABA and DTT practices
• Support Families: Provide guidance, compassion, and evidence-based care
• Collaborate: Work closely with our Regional Director and clinical leadership team
• Billable Hours: 25 billable hours per week

Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification
• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in ABA
• Strong experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Skilled in conducting assessments
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
