Key responsibilities

• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by crafting inclusive job descriptions, sourcing diverse talent pools, and implementing unbiased screening processes.

• Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, job boards, employee referrals, networking events) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, providing a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback and guidance throughout the decision-making process.

• Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience.

• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Represent [Company Name] at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions to establish a strong employer brand and attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
