Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our rapidly growing SaaS HR Tech Company. This role is pivotal in driving revenue and growth among our Enterprise customer segment. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to build relationships, develop strategies, and execute sales plans. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and autonomy.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for Enterprise customers.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailor-made solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and closing complex sales deals with Enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of HR technology solutions and their impact on business operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
