Ihre Mission: 

Sie übernehmen die vollständige Bauteilverantwortung (BTV) für Motorkomponenten  sowie Sensorik und 

Aktuatorik im Automotive Umfeld und begleiten diese über den gesamten Produktentstehungs-prozess bis zur Serienreife. Ihr Fokus liegt auf technischer Qualität, Termin- und Lieferantensicherheit

sowie der erfolgreichen Integration in das Gesamtfahrzeugsystem.  

• Gesamtverantwortung für Sensoren und Aktoren im Entwicklungs- und Serienumfeld 
• Steuerung und Koordination der Komponenten entlang des gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozesses (PEP) 
• Erstellung, Bewertung und Präsentation von Änderungsanträgen (ECR/ECO) 
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen 
• Erstellung, Pflege und Freigabe von Datenständen sowie technischer Dokumentation 
• Technische Bewertung, Auswahl und Steuerung von Lieferanten 
• Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern 
• Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Freigabeempfehlungen in Kundensystemen 
• Risikobewertung sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen 
• Sicherstellung der Serienfähigkeit und Unterstützung bei Anlaufprozessen 

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar 
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung (>3 Jahre) im Automotive-Umfeld 
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im VW Produktentwicklungsprozess (PEP) 
• Erfahrung in der Bauteilverantwortung oder vergleichbaren Rollen 
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Schnittstellen 
• Datenbank-Kenntnisse in der Anwendung (HyperKVS, Connect, LCS, VPM, TI-Warehouse, NOLIS , BMG-Online, ModulDatenbank) 
• Kenntnisse der Steuerung (ASL, AVON, ESON, TEVON, MBT, STEREO, TI Syncro, ECA und ECA NG) 
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise 
• Durchsetzungsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit 
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Ungarisch von Vorteil)
