Unser Produkt ist der technische Service, den wir unseren Kunden aus einer Hand anbieten. Unser Leistungsspektrum erstreckt sich vom Engineering, der Fertigung und Montage über die Inbetriebnahme bis hin zur Inspektion, Instandhaltung und Wartung aller fördertechnischen Anlagen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Leitung von nationalen Montage-, Instandhaltungs- und Rekonstruktionsaufträgen
• Mitarbeiterführung und Koordinierung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter
• Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung und Betriebsstätte, sowie dem Kunden
• Durchsetzung und Vermittlung von Unternehmenszielen und Richtlinien
• Kostenkontrolle, Qualitätssicherung und Terminplanung
• Sicherstellung der Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen
• Erstellen von Service- und Reparaturberichten
• Montagebereitschaft

Ihr Profil:

• Berufsausbildung zum Industriemechaniker (Fachrichtung Metall) / Schlosser mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise Meister oder Techniker
• Idealerweise Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse bei der Abwicklung von komplexen Montageaufträgen im Anlagenbau
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Kunden
• Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in der Mitarbeiterführung
• Sicheres Auftreten und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Fachkenntnisse im Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen
• Betriebswirtschaftliches und unternehmerisches Denken
