Im Zuge des weiteren Wachstums wird ein Bauleiter Wohnungsbau (m/w/d) für die Standorte Stuttgart, Frankfurt, München, Karlsruhe oder Mannheim gesucht, der Projekte eigenverantwortlich begleitet.


Ihre Aufgaben:
• Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung von Wohnungsbauprojekten in der Ausführungsphase

• Koordination und Steuerung von Nachunternehmern sowie aller Projektbeteiligten

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben

• Überwachung des Baufortschritts sowie Durchführung von Abnahmen

• Mitwirkung bei Vergaben, Nachtragsmanagement und Baustellendokumentation


Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung im Wohnungsbau oder Hochbau

• Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB sowie im Bauablauf und in der Projektkoordination

• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und Kommunikationskompetenz
