Unser Mandant ist im schlüsselfertigen Wohnbau tätig und realisiert Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der praxisnahen Umsetzung der Bauprojekte sowie der zuverlässigen Steuerung aller beteiligten Gewerke. Die Tätigkeit ist klar operativ ausgerichtet und richtet sich an Bauleiter mit starkem Praxisbezug. Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die Bauabläufe sicher koordiniert und den Austausch mit dem Auftraggeber souverän übernimmt.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Bauleitung im schlüsselfertigen Wohnbau (Einfamilienhäuser)

• Koordination und Steuerung aller Gewerke
• Laufende Abstimmung mit dem Bauträger
• Qualitäts‑ und Terminüberwachung
• Begleitung von Abnahmen

Ihr Profil:
• Studium im Bauwesen oder fundierte baupraktische Erfahrung
• Sicherer Umgang mit den Gewerken im Wohn- und Gewerbebau
• Deutschkenntnisse auf C1‑Niveau in Wort und Schrift
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
