Ihre Aufgaben:
• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten im Bereich Gleisbau

• Steuerung und Koordination von Baustellen im laufenden Bahnbetrieb

• Führung von gewerblichem Personal sowie Nachunternehmern

• Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten

• Arbeitskalkulation, Aufmaß- und Abrechnungserstellung

• Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen mit Auftraggebern und Projektbeteiligten

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften (insb. im Bahnbetrieb)


Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister (m/w/d) im Bauwesen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gleisbau, Bahnbau oder Tiefbau

• Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (VOB) sowie im Nachtragsmanagement

• Organisationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen

• Bereitschaft zu Nacht- und Wochenendarbeiten (baustellenabhängig)

• Führerschein Klasse B
