Ihre Aufgaben:
• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Bauprojekten im Hochbau
• Koordination und Überwachung aller am Bau beteiligten Gewerke und Nachunternehmer
• Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Bauausführung
• Überwachung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
• Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Fachplanern und internen Projektbeteiligten

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Hochbau
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB sowie relevanter Normen und Vorschriften
• Durchsetzungsstärke, Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
