Unser Mandant ist ein etabliertes Bauunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Hochbauprojekte im Wohn-, Gewerbe- und technisch geprägten Bauumfeld.

Die Projekte reichen von klassischen Hochbauvorhaben bis hin zu komplexeren Bauprojekten mit erhöhten Anforderungen an Bauabläufe, Logistik und Koordination. Eine strukturierte Bauabwicklung, hohe Qualitätsstandards und eingespielte Teams prägen die Arbeit auf der Baustelle.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Organisation und Einrichtung der Baustelle sowie Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe
• Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der täglichen Bauprozesse im Rohbau
• Führung und Koordination der gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden sowie Nachunternehmer
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Bauvorgaben
• Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzmaßnahmen
• Koordination von Materialdisposition und Geräteeinsatz
• Enge Abstimmung mit Bauleitung und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
• Unterstützung bei der Terminsteuerung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bauablaufs

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier, Werkpolier oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Meister im Bauwesen)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rohbau sowie in der Führung von Baustellenteams
• Erfahrung in Hochbauprojekten, idealerweise im Wohn-, Gewerbe- oder technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bauabläufen und Baustellenorganisation
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
