Role Summary
The BAU Due Diligence Lead oversees all BAU due diligence activities performed by the India TPRM team. This role acts as the escalation point for complex assessments and ensures alignment with Payoneer’s global TPRM standards and regulatory expectations. Experience with Procurement processes and Cyber/GRC is strongly preferred due to significant cross-functional interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BAU DD operations, ensuring high-quality reviews and adherence to SLAs.
- Oversee complex and high-risk vendor assessments; act as primary escalation point.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, GRC, Procurement, Legal, Technology, and Compliance to resolve assessment challenges.
- Review outputs from analysts and ensure quality control.
- Support enhancements to TPRM methodologies, evidence requirements, and workflows.
- Build operational processes that support regulatory alignment, including DORA.
- Mentor, support, and develop junior analysts.
- Drive reporting improvements, governance updates, and tracking mechanisms.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in TPRM, Cyber/GRC, Procurement Risk, Outsourcing Risk, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing due diligence operations or vendor risk processes.
- Strong understanding of third-party risk, outsourcing regulations, and cyber controls.
