Role Summary-
The BAU Due Diligence Analyst supports the day-to-day execution of vendor due diligence activities within Payoneer’s global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. This role ensures accurate, timely, and high‑quality due diligence reviews in alignment with outsourcing regulatory expectations (CBI, FCA, MAS, RBI, and DORA). The analyst partners closely with Cybersecurity, Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and the global TPRM team.
Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct initial and periodic due diligence assessments for third parties and outsourced service providers.
- Review documentation including financials, SOC reports, cyber questionnaires, certifications, and policy evidence.
- Identify missing information, coordinate follow-ups with vendors, and escalate delays.
- Validate evidence against internal minimum control requirements.
- Maintain due diligence trackers, systems, and audit trails with high accuracy.
- Support BAU governance reporting and preparation of risk summaries.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation or assessment issues.
Required Experience-
- 1–3 years of experience in TPRM, Due Diligence, Vendor Management Compliance, Risk, Operations, or Procurement.
- Familiarity with vendor due diligence concepts and outsourcing expectations.
Competencies-
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical capability, structured communicator.
- Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment
