Core Position
Focus on Tmall, JD.com and Tuhu. Lead end-to-end online operations of automotive battery category, including P&L design/accounting, O2O business model restructuring, dealer settlement price optimization and value chain sorting. Undertake KA sales, strengthen business communication/negotiation with platform product teams to boost GMV, profit margin, user conversion and cooperation depth.
Key Responsibilities
• P&L Management: Build and dynamically account for online P&L system; break down revenue targets, control costs, calculate gross profit, track profit achievement, and optimize profit strategies via data.
• O2O & Value Chain: Restructure and iterate O2O model; optimize customer acquisition-conversion-fulfillment links, dealer settlement system and value chain to balance interests and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Traffic & Conversion: Develop differentiated promotion strategies for major campaigns; coordinate platform ads and leverage content ecology (live stream, short video) to enhance exposure, clicks and conversions.
• Dealer Collaboration: Optimize online cooperation and settlement processes with core dealers; formulate reasonable pricing and incentives, and resolve settlement issues.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor core operational/P&L data; conduct regular reviews and competitor analysis to iterate strategies and plans.
• KA & Business Negotiation: Establish stable cooperation with platform teams; negotiate resources, terms, fees and goals to ensure smooth business advancement.
Job Requirements
• ≥1 year e-commerce operation experience, with automotive parts/battery experience on Tmall/JD.com/Tuhu (at least one). Preferred: P&L/O2O/dealer pricing experience, or successful KA cooperation cases.
• Understand automotive battery features, market trends, online supply chain logic and platform operational pain points.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to connect internal/external teams and promote work implementation.
• Good pressure resistance; adapt to high-intensity work during peak seasons and be responsible for profit and operational results.
