Job Description
• Own and manage weekly property launch cycles from planning to execution.
• Design and run promotions and engagement initiatives to drive user activity, conversions, and loyalty.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase the number of active investors, shares per investor, and overall GMV sold.
• A/B test user flows and personalize experiences across segments to enhance conversion and retention.
• Build business cases for all commercial activities in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to refine strategy and optimize.
• Collaborate with Product, Brand, Performance Marketing, Customer Support, and Unit Supply teams to align initiatives.
• Track and grow key metrics: user activity, conversion rates, GMV, shares per investor, and re-investment rates.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, CVM, growth marketing, or base management, ideally in fintech, proptech, or digital platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
• Deep understanding of user segmentation and behavioral triggers that drive conversion and retention.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
