Bartender

As a Bartender, you will be the face behind the bar, crafting high-quality beverages and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your role involves delivering attentive, personalized service while ensuring the bar area runs smoothly and efficiently. With a strong knowledge of mixology and a passion for hospitality, you will contribute to an elevated guest experience that reflects the standards of our hotel with care by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area always
• Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging way, offering recommendations and ensuring satisfaction
• Follow standard recipes and hotel service procedures to ensure consistency in beverage quality
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations
• Assist in bar inventory management and restocking as needed
• Participate in daily bar setup, breakdown, and cleaning
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
• Collaborate with the F&B team to support overall service and operations

Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their ingredients
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
