Our bar program prioritizes thoughtful execution, premium products and attentive service. We’re looking for bartenders who take pride in their craft, bring strong product knowledge and work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming, well-organized bar environment.
Responsbilities:
Provide polished, friendly, and engaging service at the bar and lounge.
Build rapport with Members by learning names, preferences, and favourite beverages, anticipating Member needs and offering thoughtful recommendations.
Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service periods.
Prepare classic cocktails, house signatures, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to Club standards, with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation.
Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with provincial regulations.
Set up, maintain, and close the bar according to established procedures.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar at all times.
Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to leadership, in a timely manner.
Adhere to all cash handling, health, safety, and liquor compliance standards.
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and management to ensure seamless service.
Accept feedback and coaching with professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kegs, cases, and bar equipment as needed.
Requirements:
Previous bartending experience in a hospitality or private club setting (1 – 3+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer & spirits
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for building rapport with members and guests
Ability to multi-task and work calmly & efficiently under pressure
Availability/flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
A team-first mindset with a willingness to support others
A passion for hospitality, consistency, and continuous improvement

Typical Shifts:
Mondays: Closed
Tuesday - Friday (12:00 - 8:00 PM, or 4:00 PM - Close)
Saturday & Sunday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 2:00 PM - Close)
