How your day-to-day in this role will look: Specialist training for the 5-star service standards. You will:

• Execute high-standard beverage preparation and mixology
• Assist with customers’ inquiries and provide expert recommendations
• Guide guests through the menu for the best experience of the service
• Maintain a high level of quality and operational excellence in every interaction

Requirements:
What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Experience: 3 or more years of professional experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Tourism or WSET certification
• Language Maestro: Excellent knowledge of English. A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) is a plus
• Customer Charmer: Pleasant personality with a deep focus on client satisfaction
