Job Description:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
Welcome guests, take drink orders, and provide friendly, efficient service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, shelves, and equipment.
Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies throughout the shift.
Handle payments, operate the cash register/POS system, and issue receipts.
Check identification to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.
Clean and wash glassware and tools after use.
Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Assist with setting up and closing down the bar/kitchen at the beginning and end of each shift.
