Role Summary

At MORROW, every beverage is more than a drink — it is part of a member’s health journey. As a Wellness Beverage Ambassador, you bring expertise, craft, and warmth to every cup you prepare. From specialty coffees to nutrient-rich wellness beverages, you will create moments of pause, energy, and connection for our members.

Beyond the counter, you are a storyteller of our nutrition philosophy. You will help guests understand how each drink aligns with our wellness pillars, while also embodying MORROW’s culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence. In this dynamic environment, agility is key — you may be called on to support other customer service functions during peak traffic, ensuring members always receive seamless and uplifting experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees, teas, and wellness beverages with precision, consistency, and care.
• Share knowledge of MORROW’s beverage ethos, connecting drinks to our nutrition pillars and members’ lifestyle goals.
• Engage with guests warmly, offering personalised recommendations and building trusted relationships.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and beverage station to the highest standards.
• Operate, clean, and care for all beverage equipment responsibly.
• Support the wider F&B team during busy service periods, stepping into other customer-facing roles when required.
• Actively contribute to a culture of teamwork, ownership, and service excellence.
• Represent MORROW’s values as a spokesperson for our ethos, including participation in events such as cooking classes, demonstrations, or wellness education touchpoints.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of barista or beverage preparation experience preferred.
• Genuine passion for coffee, wellness, and nutrition.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and educate guests.
• Strong communication and multitasking ability.
• Flexible and adaptable to support beyond core beverage responsibilities when traffic requires.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid food hygiene certification.
• Barista certification preferred.
