Dozer Coffee is part of the HOMES Campus in Ann Arbor, a growing community of food and beverage concepts. It’s a high-volume, all-day café where quality, consistency, and teamwork matter just as much as speed.

Requirements:
• Passionate about coffee with an insatiable desire to learn
• Team player, optimistic, empathetic, can work through conflict constructively
• Be a communication channel to Back of House team and cafe staff to facilitate seamless service while bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the coffee conversation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects
• Flexibly work different roles in the cafe, including drive thru, register, and runner; while learning the Barista role.
• Part-Time role, approx. 18-24 hrs/week, 3-5 shifts/week
