Set within the historic home of Allied code-breaking during World War II, our operation at Bletchley Park spans multiple outlets across the site, serving freshly prepared hot meals, sandwiches, salads, cakes, and other baked treats, alongside a full range of hot and cold beverages.

Title: Barista - Monday to Sunday

Location: Bletchley Park, Bletchley, Milton Keynes

Salary: £12.21 per hour

We're looking for a Barista to join our team in BENUGO Bletchley Park. On a daily basis you'll be serving coffee to visitors, volunteers and staff member of Bletchley Park, and also support with food service in our cafes. We're looking for a confident Barista who's got experience in making the perfect cup of coffee.

You'll need to be a team player, great with customers, organised and efficient, have great timing and a can-do attitude. If this sounds like you then please apply!

About the role:

• Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
• Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
• Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware of allergen procedures
• Take pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
• Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
• Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
