Job Summary:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages for customers and guests visiting the showroom or service center, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment that enhances the overall customer experience.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES
1. Beverage Preparation
• Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte).
• Operate coffee machines and equipment following brand standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service.
2. Customer Service
• Greet customers and offer refreshments in a courteous manner.
• Ensure VIP and regular guests receive prompt and attentive service while waiting in lounge areas.
• Assist with light hospitality duties to support the showroom environment.
3. Inventory & Stock Replenishment
• Monitor stock of coffee, tea, water, condiments, and related supplies.
• Refill and clean coffee machines and service stations regularly.
• Notify supervisors when items need restocking.
4 Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee area, lounge tables, and serving tools.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards at all times.
5. Support Showroom Events (if applicable).
• Assist in serving refreshments during special events, product launches, or client meetings.
