POSITION SUMMARY
Barback assists bartenders with set up and clean up for bar/service area and lounge. Assists in making recipes for beverages. The barback ensures their bar runs efficiently and that all residents and guests are satisfied with their orders. The successful candidate is creative and has the ability to multitask and problem solve. This position reports to the Beverage Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required:
• 3 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Inventory Management
• Recipe and Menu creation
• Knowledgeable in Point of Sale and Inventory Management Systems
• English language proficiency
Preferred:
• Supervisor experience
• Mixology or Bartending Certification
Body Positions/Lifting Requirements : medium work, frequent lifting/carrying of up to 25 pounds
