• You need to ensure the bar runs smoothly by restocking liquor/glassware, changing kegs, preparing garnishes, and maintaining cleanliness that allow bartenders to focus on serving customers.
• Assisting bartenders in making drinks, clearing dirty items from guests, and running items to tables.
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as cleaning, restocking, and responding to bartender needs.
• Moving quickly to keep up with high-volume service.

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
- Passion for excellent service
