Job Description:

Noema is looking for a motivated, energetic Barback that is responsible for backing up Bartenders and supporting the operations of the Bar efficiently. The successful candidate will ensure that Noema’s guests get an excellent customer service and enjoy their time at our Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of the Bar post

Ensures that the Bar stations are equipped with the necessary items and beverages

Check and restock ice bins

Prepare fruit trays that are crucial for the preparation of cocktails and other drinks/beverages

Restock garnishes and mixes

Always ensure that there is enough clean glassware

Maintain clean rags in each Bartender’s station

Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Barback for minimum 2 years in 5* Hotels or High-End Restaurants

Fluency in English

Additional languages will be considered a plus

Computer literacy
