MAIN SCOPE AND PURPOSE:
To oversee all aspects of Mad Monkey’s restaurant(s) operations to ensure satisfied and loyal customers; to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant as per internal Compliance Guideline and Procedure and resolve customer complaints.
Building strong relationships of leadership internally and with suppliers by ensuring Mad Monkey core values; Curiosity, Positivity, Courage, Sincerity and family spirit have visibility within the business.
Main duties and responsibilities
Ensure venue opens on time and that they are ready for the business
Ensure excellence service, allocate and support team throughout the shift to maintain speed and quality of service and cleanliness of the venue
Keep team passionate, and productive
Ensure team meet the standards of the restaurant and high performance team
Maintain operational high standards
Actively responding to problems and keep the management up to date
Conduct the performance review to the team as per company’s regulation and guideline
To follow all Till and cashing up procedure and ensure all team are followed
Assisting in product quality reviews and assurance of customer satisfaction in the restaurant
Involve with interviewing and training restaurant team
Manage team’s schedule to ensure the sufficient team and effective restaurant service
Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and tasty
Monitor restaurant’s cash flow and settle outstanding bill
Monitor stock resturant’s inventory and ensure that all product suppliers and other restaurant essentials are adequately stock.
