Banquets Server - Casual

As a Banquets Server, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional event experiences. You will provide professional, attentive, and personalized service to guests while ensuring all banquet functions run smoothly and reflect the highest standards of hospitality.

What you will be doing:

• Set up banquet spaces according to event orders (BEOs), including table settings, linens, and service stations
• Provide attentive food and beverage service during events, ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
• Collaborate with kitchen and banquet teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining service flow
• Follow all health, safety, and service standards
• Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
• Other duties assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous serving or banquet experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and service standards
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Serving It Right certification
