Rate of Pay: $ 14.78 per hour plus gratuities

What you will be doing:  

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings
• Assist with the setup and teardown of all meetings and events
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists
• Have full knowledge of all menu items being served
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of banquet spaces and storage 
• Follow service essentials at all times 
• Other duties as assigned  

Physical Aspects of Position include (but not limited to): 

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift 
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs 
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting 
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps 

Your experience and skills include: 

• Previous banquet experience is an asset 
• Ability to take direction and read banquet event orders 
• Excellent follow through of tasks and attention to detail 
• Physically fit to stand and walk for the duration of the shift 
• Flexibility to work additional hours as required; including shift work, weekends, public holidays
